Established in 1936, MORR is over 11,500 members strong and the second largest REALTOR® Association in New Jersey. MORR is dedicated to the advancement of the real estate industry and the protection of homeownership. We provide our members with quality education and offer value resources to enhance their business.
The Monmouth Ocean Regional Multiple Listing Service (MORMLS) is a REALTOR®-owned MLS, owned and operated by the Monmouth Ocean Regional REALTORS®. MORMLS is comprised of over 15,000 participants and 1,200 offices in Monmouth, Ocean and surrounding counties.

NEW OFFICES
Offices that wish to join the Monmouth Ocean Regional REALTORS® and/or the Monmouth Ocean Multiple Listing Service should complete the fillable application form and submit to our Membership Department. Included in the package is a prorated dues and fees schedule.
New Agents
New agents need to complete the fillable application form. Dues and fees for NEW MEMBERS ONLY are prorated based on the date you join Monmouth Ocean Regional REALTORS®/Monmouth Ocean Regional Multiple Listing Service.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are joining in May or June 2023, your FLEX MLS fees have been waived, however at the time of joining you will be required to submit your payment for 2023/2024 MLS fees. Click here for the fee schedule.
AFFILIATE MEMBERS
An Affiliate member is an individual who does not hold an active real estate license but has interests in the real estate profession. MORR Affiliate Members have the ability to promote their business and build their brand while cultivating relationships with our REALTOR® members.
Appraisers
Monmouth Ocean Regional REALTORS® Appraiser Members have the option to join the Board and MLS or just the Monmouth Ocean Regional Multiple Listing Service.
processor/ assistant
Each office is entitled to ONE unlicensed processor/assistant at no cost to the office. Each additional processor/ assistant will be charged an annual fee of 50% of the current MLS Fee.
