Coastal Data Exchange
The Monmouth Ocean Regional MLS, South Jersey Shore Regional MLS, and Cape May County MLS are have created the Coastal Data Exchange.
The Coastal Data Exchange allows members of these three REALTOR®-owned MLS's to view and search listings from Monmouth, Ocean, Cape May, Atlantic and Cumberland counties via the REALTORS® Property Resource (RPR) right from the homepage of their MLS for no additional charge. Just one click gives members in the Coastal Data Exchange access to over 30,000 properties for sale in coastal New Jersey.

Realist Tax Platform
MORMLS has partnered with CoreLogic to provide our members with a enhanced tax data program that will provide you a more user friendly and comprehensive program that also incorporates MLS data. Tax data is now available for all 21 counties in New Jersey! MORMLS members can access the Realist Tax Platform through the FlexMLS system. To access Realist, login to your Flexmls account. Once logged in, click on the Taxes tab and then click Realist Tax Search.
Direct Feeds to Realtor.com, Zillow and Trulia
The MORMLS has a direct feed to Realtor.com, Zillow and Trulia. This means when you enter a listing into the MLS, it shows on these three sites automatically. If your listing is not appearing on any of these three sites, you can contact them directly.

ListHub
ListHub is provided to MORMLS members at no cost and offers a comprehensive and easy-to-use platform for managing the online advertising of listings!

You will have the option to opt-out of any website you do not wish your listings to show up on. The account you will create is free. The broker dashboard will be the controller for the websites. If an agent wants to be on a website that the broker has opted out of then they would need to consult with the broker if they want that site added back into the mix.

The Monmouth Ocean Regional Multiple Listing Service has partnered with Listingbook, an MLS-wide online service that connects agents and their clients through an integrated platform of client management, sales productivity and direct marketing tools. Designed to complement our MLS system, Listingbook™ automates, tracks and analyzes client activities in an agent-managed, real time environment that encourages collaboration and communication. ZipForms MLS Connect is now available! You can access it if you are logged into ZipForms or FlexMLS. There is a fee of $24.95 per year, payable to ZipForms and you will be prompted to open an account if you want to use this feature.

MyFloodStatus
The MORMLS is happy to provide you with a link - thorough FlexMLS - called My Flood Status (located on the Detail tab) that will let you be able to get Flood Zone Determinations for properties. The fee for the service is $25 which is a $5 discount (regularly $30) for MOMLS members.
